Cooking Instructions
1. Fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped big onion, clean and cut Ridge gourd in a cooker with the required oil.
2. Empty the entire Popie’s Curry mix and sauté until it’s mixed well.
3. Add 200 ml of water and let it cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.
4. Adjust the consistency and salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
