Cooking Instructions
1. Mix 50 gms of Popie’s Tandoori / Tikka Masala, two Tbsp. of oil, lemon juice, and curd with 1 kg of clean whole Chicken or pieces and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Arrange the pieces in a greased tray and cook in an electric oven or can use skewers to cook in a coal oven. Serve hot with sauces and onion slices.
3. For vegetarians: Can use Panner, Potato, Mushroom, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Onion, and Tomatoes with the same above steps.
