Cooking Instructions
1. Fry a chopped big onion and curry leaves in a pan with the required oil.
2. Add 1kg of Chicken/Mutton with the entire Popie’s Chukka Masala and sauté for a minute.
3. Add 600 ml of water for Chicken/800 ml for Mutton and let it cook for 30 minutes on medium flame.
4. Adjust the consistency and salt as required. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot.
