Cooking Instructions
1. Fry mustard seeds and curry leaves in a cooker with the required oil.
2. Add 750gms of Mutton/ Chicken pieces (use with bones) and sauté for a minute.
3. Empty the entire Popie’s Thanni kulambu Mix and sauté until it’s mixed well.
4. Add 1000 ml of water for Chicken/ 1100ml for Mutton and let it cook for 7 to 8 whistles on medium flame.
5. Adjust the consistency and salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
