Chicken Gravy

Cooking Instructions

1. Fry mustard seeds, curry leaves and a chopped big onion in a cooker with required oil. Add 1Kg of Chicken pieces and sauté for a minute.

2.Empty entire Popie's Chicken Gravy Mix and sauté until its mixed well. Add 600 ml of water (use 800ml for Country Chicken) and let it cook for 7 to 8 whistles in medium flame.

3. Adjust the consistency and salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
