Thandoori Tikka Masala

Cooking Instructions

1.Mix 50 gms of Popie's Tandoori / Tikka Masala, two Tbsp. of oil, lemon juice and curd with 1Kg of clean whole Chicken or pieces and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.

2.Arrange the pieces in a greased tray and cook in electric oven or can use skewers to cook in coal oven. Serve hot with sauces and onion slices.

3. For vegetarian: Can use Panner, Potato, Mushroom, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Onion, Tomatoes with same above steps.

Ginger, Garlic, Red chilli, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Fennel, Pepper, Cumin, Amchur powder, Cashew, Turmeric, Salt, Methi leaves.
