Chicken Thanni Kulambu(Thin Gravy)

Cooking Instructions

1. Fry mustard seeds and curry leaves in a cooker with required oil. Add 750gms of Chicken pieces (use with bones) and sauté for a minute.

2. Empty entire Popie's Thanni kulambu Mix and sauté until its mixed well. Add 1000 ml of water (use 1100ml for Country Chicken) and let it cook for 7 to 8 whistles in medium flame.

3. Adjust the consistency and salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
