Coconut Milk Curry

Cooking Instructions

1. Fry curry leaves, a thinly sliced big onion in a pan with required oil.

2. Empty entire Popie's Coconut Milk Curry Mix in 700ml of water and cook in simmer flame. Add boiled and sliced potatoes or boiled mixed vegetables (carrort, beans, peas and potatoes) in the pan and stir frequently till it starts boiling.

3. Adjust the consistency and salt. Switch off the stove and add half lemon juice and coriander leaves.
